We are passionate about all things food and are specialists in creative event catering. Most recently we’ve rustled up a few of our favourite dishes and brought them together under our special Made at Home range so that you can enjoy our food in the comfort of your own home. We operate from Beaumont Wines in Bot River as Zest@Beaumont where we provide daily offerings for visitors as well as hosting various events and catering for special occasions. Our combined wealth of culinary knowledge as well as food and wine industry experience is complimented by a dedicated team of chefs and cooks in our farm-based catering kitchen.
OUR STORY
We met whilst at university and our passion for food instantly connected us. After university we set off on our own paths, working in different industries and different countries for several years. Finally, we decided to follow our hearts and venture into catering. With culinary degrees under our belts, we gained experience with local caterers and at the Singita and Londolozi Private Game Reserves, eventually teaming up to create Zest Catering.
Since then we’ve worked extremely hard and have had lots of kids in the midst of it all, but we remain great friends and still get a buzz from creating fresh and healthy food together.
