A rich and delicious tomato-based pasta sauce with capers, olives and a touch of harissa (shhh don’t tell the Italians!) We like to serve this with chopped parsley, a squeeze of lemon and lots of parmesan

Heating Instructions | Cook pasta (200-300g). Warm defrosted sauce in a pot, add 1/4 cup pasta cooking water to the sauce then add hot pasta. Toss the pasta in the warm sauce.
Serving Suggestions | To serve, garnish with some chopped parsley, a squeeze of lemon and parmesan
