Pear & Frangipane Tarts


Our Pear & Almond Tarts have been on our catering and personal menus for a long time and this dish really stands the test of time! It is a classic combination of our own homegrown pears from the Beaumont farm and a wonderfully fragrant almond frangipane. To serve, it’s as easy as heating the oven, popping them in and 5 minutes later they are ready to serve. Serve with Crème Fraiche, Mascarpone or a dollop of double cream yoghurt




Heating Instruction | Heat from frozen for 5 mins or until heated through. Enjoy warm or at room temperature
Ingredients | Pears, butter, flour, caster sugar, ground almonds, eggs, icing sugar
Serves | 6 x 10 cm tarts
