Onion & Gruyere Tarts
We make the finest pastry with Klein River Gruberg cheese and this is filled with a slow cooked onion confit. The tarts are baked and fast frozen – all you need to do is to reheat and serve! They are perfect for a light lunch or supper alongside a crisp green salad.
Heating Instructions | Defrost tarts. Pre-heat oven to 180C. Bake for 15 minutes
