A beloved French dish of chicken braised with red wine, bacon, mushrooms, onions, carrots and herbs. Our version uses free-range deboned thigh fillets, some of the finest red wines Beaumont is willing to share and locally grown Botriver portabellini mushrooms.
Description
Heating Instructions | Defrost before heating. Pre-heat oven to 175C. Remove lid & cover with foil, place on a baking tray, bake in oven for 30 minutes remove foil & bake for a final 5 minutes or until bubbling.
Serving Suggestions | Serve with buttered mash, pasta or crispy baguette and a crisp green salad
