Carrot, Tahini & Rosemary Soup
Delicious wholesome soup with roasted carrots, tomatoes, smoked paprika and tahini. We like to serve it with pan-fried crispy rosemary chickpeas, a drizzle of tahini and a drop of olive oil.
Ingredients: Carrots, tinned tomatoes, vegetable stock, orange zest & juice, onion, tahini, garlic, olive oil, smoked paprika, rosemary, sea salt and pepper.
Heating Instructions: Defrost soup, heat in a pot. Serve with crispy rosemary fried chickpeas, a drizzle of tahini and olive oil.
